Warehouse & Manufacturing Floor Coatings
Resinous floor systems for warehouses, distribution centers and production floors — prepared to bond to the slab, detailed around columns, drains and joints, and scoped around how your facility actually runs. Based in Sanford and serving Central Florida; larger industrial projects elsewhere in Florida are reviewed case by case.
Tell us about your warehouse or plant
Tell us what you need and how to reach you. We'll follow up to discuss the project and next steps — give us the basics and we'll take it from there.
Why bare or failing concrete costs you in a working building
Warehouse and plant floors fail where the traffic, the joints and the chemistry are hardest. We scope for those conditions, not for a generic square-foot price.
-
Forklift & pallet-jack traffic
Hard wheels and loaded pallets abrade thin or poorly bonded coatings. System choice and film build follow the loads and the travel lanes.
-
Cracks, joints & spalls
Open cracks and damaged joint edges telegraph through a coating. They are repaired and filled before the system goes down.
-
Dust & cleanability
Sealed concrete stops shedding dust and can be swept, scrubbed or mopped instead of soaking up spills.
-
Oils, chemicals & cleaners
Many of our systems are designed to resist oils, fuels, process chemicals and cleaning solutions. We recommend one based on what is actually used in your space.
-
Safety marking
Walkways, hazard zones and equipment areas can be striped into the finished floor instead of taped or painted on later.
-
Downtime windows
Cure time and phasing matter in an operating building. Tell us your windows and we plan the work around them.
From slab condition to a written estimate
The same sequence applies on a 5,000 sq ft bay or a full production hall; what changes is the prep method, the repairs and the system.
-
Tell us about the space
What the floor is used for, the traffic and chemicals it sees, any moisture or existing coating, and when the area can be taken out of service.
-
Prepare the slab
Mechanical preparation — diamond grinding, and shot blasting for large areas — opens the concrete so the system bonds to the slab, not just the surface.
-
Repair and detail
Cracks, joints and damaged areas are repaired. Edges are detailed at columns, equipment bases, drains and door tracks.
-
Install the system
A resinous system matched to your environment, with slip-resistant aggregate, cove base and line marking where the job calls for them.
-
Return to service
Most projects take 2–5 days; larger commercial and industrial work can take longer depending on size, surface condition, repairs and curing.

Warehouse & manufacturing floors: common questions
Many of our commercial and industrial flooring systems are designed to resist oils, fuels, chemicals, cleaning solutions, and other common contaminants. We recommend a system based on your specific environment.
Most projects are completed in 2–5 days. Larger commercial and industrial projects may require additional time depending on the size, surface condition, repairs, and curing requirements.
Surface preparation is the foundation of every successful flooring installation. We use professional diamond grinding equipment to achieve the proper Concrete Surface Profile (CSP), helping coatings bond correctly and improving long-term performance.
Yes. We repair cracks, spalls, surface imperfections, and deteriorated concrete before installing the flooring system to create a sound substrate.
Yes. When appropriate, we evaluate concrete moisture conditions and recommend moisture mitigation systems when needed to help reduce the risk of coating failures caused by excessive moisture.
Yes. Warranty coverage depends on the flooring system, project conditions, and maintenance requirements. We discuss warranty options during the proposal process.
